Permanence offers various services such as individual support with intervention workers, assistance on administrative procedures, referrals, HRT, and distribution of various harm reduction supplies such as condoms, HRT syringes, and safe consumption supplies. They provide an ID change service with a commissioner of oath if you reach out and ask.
Complete Guide to Hormone Replacement Therapy for McGill Students
This document is principally a guide to simplify the Hub’s HRT process for patients and presents some tips for navigating the logistics of receiving HRT at the Hub. DIY HRT Resources: HRT Science, Guides, and Suppliers

Doctors often know very little about trans health and the effects of HRT, and the majority of what they do know comes from other trans patients.
