This workshop is a practical guide to and a critical analysis of the transition access in Montreal.

In this workshop, you will learn how patients are mobilizing to provide mutual aid and advocate for better care. Come share your transition experiences with fellow patients!

The workshop takes place on Monday February 26th, 2024 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at École (3559 rue University, Montreal, QC H3A 2B1).

Vegan food will be provided.

The workshop is open to all ages, and no sign-up is required. The workshop is in English.
