Permanence offers various services such as individual support with intervention workers, assistance on administrative procedures, referrals, HRT, and distribution of various harm reduction supplies such as condoms, HRT syringes, and safe consumption supplies. Meet a Trans Patient
The TPU connects patients interested in a procedure to patients who have gotten that procedure done at GRS and beyond. We currently have patients who can speak about their experiences with: mastectomy, vaginoplasty (including with different revisions and compilations), breast augmentation, trachea shave, hysterectomy, orchiectomy, scrotectomy, phalloplasty, and gender nullification surgery.
