The Trans Patient Union supports the current needs of trans and nonbinary patients in Montreal and advocates directly for better care. Gathering information on the experiences and insights of other trans patients is critical to the functioning of the TPU as it helps us update our resources and know which issues to advocate for. We are very grateful to those who take the time to speak with us.

Ideal interviewees have had at least one healthcare experience as a trans person in Montreal. We are especially eager to speak to people who have accessed gender-affirming care in Montreal. Consults take place in person or online, and if you choose to meet in person you get coffee/tea on us!
